Australian Delivery Times
- In Stock Now Items: Guaranteed Dispatched within 3-5 working days. (Please note: Delivery is normally approx 1-5 days depending on where you live, however as we use Australia Post as our postal service, we can not guarantee their delivery times) Please check the Austalia Post next business day Express Post networks
- All our orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard E-Parcel and Express Post E-Parcel. Australia Post will email you up to date tracking details which will show as PP Marketing. Customers may choose to have their parcel delivery left at their address or changed to a new address, we are not responsible for any lost deliveries, this is the responsibility of the buyer
- Pre-orders: will be shipped when they arrive from our supplier - Approx 10-20 business days delivery (subject to availability) We will notify you if this item has sold out or is no longer available These are estimated times only, if there are delays with our suppliers we will notify you of the changes.
- Due to the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to make updates to our web site. You will be notified immediately if this happens so you can make changes to your order before it is processed.

- International Customs and Duties: ***International purchases will be marked as a gift on the customs form and the invoice will not be included. All foreign customs, import duties and any taxes or imposts are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ace of Hearts/Pink Parrot Marketing will not pre-pay these charges.
- Ace of Hearts/Pink Parrot Marketing will not accept responsibility for losses in the Australia Post or foreign postal systems, if your shipment is not received within 10-15 business days of our Shipment Advice email, please let us know immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the shipment. Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request - insurance costs are charged at cost to you.
